Custom Hand Lettered Mailbox *LETTERING ONLY*

Please take a look at the top banner on this site for the current month I'm accepting orders. With the high volume of requests, my schedule is often booked months ahead. However, I occasionally set aside time for ruse orders. If you need a custom piece sooner, please reach out to me for that option, and I'll check if it's possible based on my current workload and your request.

Once it is painted, I will send you a picture before I seal it. It takes about 3-5 days to get it sealed/cured. Once it cures, it will be packaged and scheduled with my weekly UPS/USPS pickups. Once shipped it typically arrives within 3-7 days, as long as there are no delays during shipping with UPS/USPS.***

These mailboxes come in black or white and can be personalized with names and house number. I can also add the house number to the front or sides of the mailbox. Some customers choose to leave numbers off the front in case they move later, using removable number stickers or adding house numbers to their post instead. *If you choose no numbers painted on the mailbox, make sure to have numbers somewhere on the post to ensure mail delivery. Please note that depending on the mailbox size, length of name and if you are requesting numbers under the name, sometime space and placement is limited, so parts of the name may be covered by the flag side of the mailbox.

EVERYTHING IS PAINTED FREEHANDED - No stencils or tracing are ever use!

Each mailbox is painted with exterior paint to prevent fading and sealed with an outdoor protectant sealer. As with any painted item exposed to the elements, some fading or chipping may happen over time. That said, I’ve kept an eye on several of my painted mailboxes over the past few years and they still look great! To keep your mailbox looking its best, I recommend spraying 2–3 light coats of a clear gloss sealer every 1–2 years.

All personalization is done using my own hand-lettering style.

**At checkout, you’ll have the option to add personalization in the “special instruction note”. Please include the following in the notes:

Name(s), address, and/or house number
Where you’d like each placed (both sides, flag side vs. opposite side, front, etc.)
I use my own hand-lettered script and print styles. If you have a preference for script or print on specific words, please let me know—otherwise I’ll use my artistic discretion

Please note: This listing is for the mailbox only. It does not include the post or any hardware. You’ll need to either purchase a pre-made post or build one yourself to install the mailbox. Most local home improvement stores carry posts that are ready to install and designed to fit metal mailboxes like these.

I package your items very carefully and rarely have any issues with shipping, but please contact me if there are any issues with shipping or damage to the package/mailbox and I will contact the mail carrier.
