DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND RECENT INFLUX OF ORDERS, ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10/9/2025 WILL BE COMPLETED IN MARCH 2026

Mailbox orders placed will be completed in MARCH 2026. Once it is painted, I will send you a picture before I seal it. It takes about 2 days to get it sealed. Once it cures, it will be packaged and scheduled with my weekly UPS/USPS pickups. Once shipped it typically arrives within 2-7 days.***

JUMBO (*only available in black) (depth: 24.8” width: 11.7” height: 15”)

These mailboxes come in black or white and can be personalized with names, house numbers, and a floral design. If requested, I can also add the house number to the front of the mailbox. Some customers choose to leave numbers off the front in case they move later, using removable number stickers or adding house numbers to their post instead. *If you choose no numbers painted on the mailbox, make sure to have numbers somewhere on the post to ensure mail delivery. ****IF YOU DON’T WANT ANY WORDING OR NUMBERS ON THE SIDES AND/OR WANT FLORAL ALL OVER THE SIDES, THIS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE, AS PAINTING FLORALS ALL OVER THE ENTIRE MAILBOX TAKES A LOT MORE TIME AND PAINT. IF YOU WANT FLORALS ON THE LID AND/OR BACK, THIS IS ALSO GOING TO BE EXTRA AND WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO DO A SMALL AMOUNT ON THE ****ELITE LARGE AND JUMBO MAILBOXES ONLY**** There is not enough space to paint florals on the front lid or back of the standard size mailboxes and will not be offered. I can only paint numbers on the lids for the standard size.

EVERYTHING IS PAINTED FREEHANDED - No stencils or tracing are ever use!

Extra details like butterflies, birds, or other specific elements will require an added fee. Please reach out before ordering if you’re planning to request additional details to make sure I’m able to fulfill your request. If you order something I’m unable to create, I will cancel and refund your order.
Note: I do not paint characters, portraits, detailed animal portraits, Disney, or cartoon-themed artwork.

Each mailbox is painted with exterior paint to prevent fading and sealed with an outdoor protectant sealer. As with any painted item exposed to the elements, some fading or chipping may happen over time. That said, I’ve kept an eye on several of my painted mailboxes over the past few years and they still look great! To keep your mailbox looking its best, I recommend spraying 2–3 light coats of a clear gloss sealer every 1–2 years.

All personalization is done using my own hand-painted lettering and floral style. I’ll do my best to match colors if you have specific requests.

**At checkout, you’ll have the option to add personalization in the “special instruction note”. Please include the following in the notes:

Name(s), address, and/or house number
Where you’d like each placed (both sides, flag side vs. opposite side, front, etc.)

Floral color preferences
I use my own hand-lettered script and print styles. If you have a preference for script or print on specific words, please let me know—otherwise I’ll use my artistic discretion. If you have color swatches or inspiration photos, feel free to message them on social media @kelseykylemade (FB/IG) or email kelseybkyle@gmail.com and I will do my best to color match, but nothing can ever be exact!

Please note: This listing is for the mailbox only. It does not include the post. You’ll need to either purchase a pre-made post or build one yourself to install the mailbox. Most local home improvement stores carry posts that are ready to install and designed to fit metal mailboxes like these.

Since items are made to order and custom, I do NOT accept refunds or exchanges. You have 24 hours to cancel your order after purchase. I package your items very carefully and rarely have any issues with shipping, but please contact me if there are any issues with shipping or damage to the package/mailbox and I will contact the mail carrier.
